Lucas founded Iberian Pacific Financial Services, where he focuses on wealth strategy, insurance, and portfolio construction. His portfolio expertise developed through his work with Vancouver-based portfolio managers and his studies at the University of Waterloo. He enjoys helping clients understand their options and connect investment and insurance decisions to their broader financial goals.

Lucas also holds a compliance role at Customplan Financial Advisors Inc. His work involves researching regulatory requirements, developing compliance documentation, and helping advisors understand their responsibilities. Put simply, he helps advisors get their licenses and he helps them keep them.

Outside these roles, Lucas enjoys working with students to help them understand their finances and build confidence in their decisions. He also has a personal interest in charitable giving, particularly how thoughtful planning can help people support causes they care about and make a meaningful impact.
